Yin Routine · All Levels
20 soft minutes to melt toward sleep
20 min · 7 poses · no props
A gentle twenty minutes to close the day. Soft, well-supported shapes held just long enough to let your nervous system downshift and your mind grow quiet. Do it in dim light, in something comfortable, right before bed — and don't chase any big stretch tonight. This one is about letting go. Come as you are and let each pose be easy.
Press play and follow along — each hold is timed, with a gentle chime and a moment to ease out before the next pose. Use Skip or Prev to move at your own pace.
A slow, gentle practice like this helps shift you out of go-go-go mode and into rest, which makes it easier to fall asleep. Keeping the lights low and the holds soft is part of the effect.
The floor or a mat is ideal for the earlier shapes, but you can absolutely move to your bed for the reclined poses and simply drift off from the last one. No props required.
Right before bed is perfect — it's designed as the last thing you do before sleep. Twenty quiet minutes to let the day go.
