A soft, cosy Yin class for the days when your energy and motivation are low. We stay close to the floor the whole way through — settling into child’s pose, opening the hips in a reclined butterfly, easing along the side body in banana pose, unwinding the spine with a reclined twist, and finally melting into a long savasana. Nothing here asks for strength or effort; we simply relax, breathe, and let gravity do the work.
Anyone feeling lazy, tired or unmotivated who still wants to give their body a little care. It’s perfect for beginners and for anyone who wants a calming, low-effort practice to unwind with — at the end of a long day, before bed, or any time you need a gentle reset.
Just your mat and a warm, quiet space where you can be still. A yoga block or cushion is nice to have nearby to support your hips or forehead in child’s pose, but it’s optional. Every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one, so take whichever feels right and press pause whenever you need to.

Just a mat is fine. A yoga block or a cushion is handy if you'd like something to rest your hips or forehead on in child's pose, but it's entirely optional — come as you are and use whatever makes you comfortable.
Absolutely. This is one of the gentlest classes you could pick — we stay low and reclined the whole way through, nothing needs much strength or flexibility, and every pose has a softer option. It's a lovely place to start.
That's exactly who this class is for. There's no rush and nothing to push through; you simply lie down, breathe, and let gravity do the work. Well done for showing up — the hardest part is already over.
