A soothing half-hour of Yin to give your digestion some TLC. The poses gently compress and twist the belly — squeezing and massaging the digestive organs to help ease bloating and cramps and get things moving again — while long, slow holds of two to three minutes let everything settle. I guide you into each shape and out again, so all you have to do is follow along. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone whose digestion needs a little support, or who simply wants a short, calming stretch that eases the belly and quiets the mind. It’s lovely after a heavy meal has settled, at the end of the day, or any time you feel bloated and want to unwind. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow the shapes at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still. No props required — though a cushion or a couple of blocks nearby is nice for supporting the hips if you’d like it. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 30 minutes, and we hold each pose for roughly two to three minutes so the shape has time to do its work on your belly and digestion.
No props are required — just your mat. A cushion or a couple of blocks nearby is lovely if you have them, for example to support the hips in Child's Pose, but they're entirely optional.
Yes. It's an all-levels class and I guide you into every pose out loud, with a gentler option and a deeper one for each shape, so you can find the version that feels right for your body.
