A 30-minute full-body Yin stretch that you can roll out anywhere, no props needed. We open the hips and groin in frog, thread the arms through for the shoulders, then move through sleeping swan, a long shoelace with eagle arms and a twist, and half-butterfly for the hamstrings — before repeating the whole sequence on the second side and easing out with a few rounds of cat–cow. It’s a deep, satisfying stretch that leaves the whole body feeling loose and released.
Anyone who wants a proper full-body stretch in half an hour, with a calm voice guiding you the whole way. A couple of the shapes go a little deeper, so it suits you if you’ve practiced a little Yin before — but every pose has a gentler option, so you’re welcome to take it at your own pace and back off whenever you need to.
Just your mat and a quiet space to be still. This is a no-props class, though because we begin on our knees in frog you might like to fold your mat over or tuck something soft underneath for a little padding. Every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one — choose whichever version feels right for your body today.

No — this one is designed to be done with just your mat. Because we spend the first few minutes on our knees in frog, you might like to fold your mat over or slip something soft underneath if your knees feel sensitive, but that's the only thing to think about. Come as you are.
It's a lovely stretch, though a couple of the shapes — frog and full shoelace — go a little deeper, so I've flagged it as having some intermediate poses. Every pose has a gentler option: you can widen or narrow frog, straighten a leg in shoelace, and ease off any time. Find your edge at about 60–80% and let the shape do the work.
We work the whole body: frog and thread-the-needle to open the groin and shoulders, sleeping swan for the hips, a long shoelace with eagle arms and a twist, and half-butterfly for the hamstrings and lower back — then we repeat it all on the second side and finish with some gentle cat–cow.
