A deep-stretch evening of Yin to close the day — a nice full-body practice that opens the hips and groin, lengthens the hamstrings and spine, then softens the neck and shoulders before bed. We hold each shape for a few minutes so the tension you’ve gathered can drain away and your body can settle toward sleep. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one, and you choose what feels right tonight.
Anyone who wants to unwind and stretch a little more before bed — whether you’re brand new to Yin or already have a practice. Frog Pose takes us a touch deeper into the hips, so if it feels too intense you’re always welcome to soften back into a wide-leg Child’s Pose. Wherever you are tonight, this class meets you there.
Just your mat, and somewhere warm and quiet where you can be still. A cushion or yoga block nearby is lovely to sit on or rest your forehead against. Dim the lights, and press pause any time you need to.

It runs about 25 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
