A full hour of quiet Yin for your back and spine. I give minimal cues — just enough to name each pose and how long we’ll stay — then fall silent so you can drop out of your head and fully into the shape. We work gently through the whole length of the spine: soft back bends to open the front body, long forward folds to release the back, and a reclined twist to unwind it all. Held long and slow, these shapes are a lovely way to look after your spinal health. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone whose back feels tight, tired or compressed — after a long day at a desk, before bed, or any time you want to move quietly and care for your spine. It’s a peaceful, meditative practice with very little talking, so it suits you if you’d rather stretch in silence than be guided the whole way through. Always respect your own body and your own limitations. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow the shapes at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still. No props are required — though a cushion, block or bolster nearby is always welcome to support your hips or head in the longer holds. Press pause whenever you need to.

Almost. I give just enough cueing to guide you into each pose — the shape and how long we'll stay — and then I go quiet so you can sink into the silence. Read the pose notes below before you start if you're new, so you know what's coming while I'm not talking.
Yes — the whole class is built around the back and spine. We move through gentle back bends, forward folds and a reclined twist to release the muscles around the spine and leave your back feeling looser and more mobile. If you feel any pinching in the lower back, ease off and take the gentler option.
No props are required — just your mat and a warm, quiet space. That said, a cushion, block or bolster nearby is always welcome to support your hips or head and make the longer holds more comfortable.
