A full hour of Yin to create a little peace in your week — class four in the Create Peaceful Moments series. We begin with a simple breathing exercise, then move slowly through a full-body stretch: hips, hamstrings, spine, neck and side body, each shape held long enough to let it do its work. No props, nowhere to be — just you, your mat and an hour to yourself. Come as you are; every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants to give themselves one honest hour of stretching and stillness — whether you’re building a weekly Yin habit, unwinding after a busy stretch of days, or simply craving some quiet. It’s an all-levels class, so newer to Yin is completely fine; just move at your own pace and take the gentler option whenever you need it.
Just your mat and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. This is a no-props class, so there’s nothing to gather — though a cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome if you’d like a little extra support. Press pause whenever you need to.

No — this is a no-props class from start to finish. Just your mat and a warm, quiet space. If you'd like a cushion or blanket nearby for a touch more comfort you're very welcome to it, but nothing is required.
Around two minutes or so, sometimes a little longer, and the deeper hip shapes are done on each side. In Yin the length of the hold is where the change happens — but my times are only suggestions, so come out sooner whenever you need to.
Not at all. It's an all-levels class and we move slowly, so newer to Yin is completely fine. Take the gentler option in any pose, rest whenever you like, and let the shape do the work rather than pushing.
