A gentle 30-minute bedtime Yin practice — the final day of the Bedtime Yin Challenge — to help you unwind, stretch and relax before sleep. We settle into the hips with a long shoelace and a soft side bend, melt into sleeping swan and rest in crocodile, then open the shoulders with broken wing and drop into child’s pose — before repeating the whole sequence on the second side. No props, nowhere to be — just you, your mat and your breath as everything slows down for the night.
Anyone looking for a calm, grounding way to end the day and prepare for sleep. It’s lovely whether you’re brand new to Yin or well practiced, and the slow pace makes it easy to follow in low light before bed. If you’ve been moving through the challenge with Katie, this is a beautiful one to finish on.
Just your mat and a warm, quiet space where you can be still. This is a no-props class, though you’re welcome to slide a cushion or blanket under your hips or knees if you’d like a little more support. Every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one — take whichever your body is asking for tonight, and come out of anything sooner if you need to.

Not at all — this one is designed to be done with nothing but your mat, so you can roll it out right beside your bed. If you're craving a little extra support you're welcome to tuck a cushion or blanket under your hips or knees, but it's entirely optional.
Yes. Yin isn't about how far you go — every pose here has a gentler option and a deeper one. Come to about 60–80% of your edge, let the shape do the work, and stay soft. Over time you'll notice things opening up in their own way.
That's exactly what it's made for. The poses are slow, grounding and calming, and Katie guides you the whole way through in a quiet, soothing voice — so you can move gently, settle your mind, and slide straight into sleep afterwards.
