A fully reclined, silent Yin class where a single bolster does all the hard work, so all you have to do is soften and sink. We stay lying down the whole way through — opening gently through the hips in reclined butterfly, resting with the bolster under the knees, easing into reclined swan and a slow twist, floating in a supported happy baby, then opening the chest over the bolster in supported fish before melting into corpse. With minimal cues and long, quiet holds, it’s a class to feel rather than think through. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants to lie down, be held by a bolster and let the day drain away. It’s ideal in the evening or before bed, and because everything is supported and reclined, it suits complete beginners just as much as seasoned practitioners. If you find a chatty class distracting, the quiet, minimal cueing here gives your mind room to settle.
A bolster is all you really need — or a firm cushion or a couple of folded blankets if you don’t have one. A blanket over you for warmth is lovely, as we stay still for a good while, and a quiet, dimly lit space helps you drop in. Press pause whenever you need to, and remember every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.

Just one bolster — that's the star of this class. Every pose is done lying down with the bolster supporting you, so if you don't have one a firm cushion or a couple of folded blankets will do the same job. A blanket over you for warmth is lovely too, since we stay still for a while.
Once you're settled into each shape I step back and let you rest in stillness, with only a few gentle words to guide you in and out. It gives your mind space to soften and your nervous system time to downshift — perfect if you find lots of talking distracting, or if you're winding down toward sleep.
Absolutely. The whole class is fully reclined and supported by the bolster, so there's no deep stretching or effort required — find your edge at about 60–80% and let the props hold you. It's one of the gentlest ways to start Yin, and just as welcome after a long day whatever your experience.
