An hour to yourself. This is class nine of Create Peaceful Moments — a series about taking sixty quiet minutes to stretch, release tension and simply be still. We begin with a breathing exercise, wake the spine up with a few gentle stretches and cat-cow, then move into long, settled Yin holds: Swan and half-shoelace for the hips and hamstrings, butterfly, eagle arms for the shoulders, and a reclined twist to finish. No props, nowhere to be. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants a full, unhurried hour of Yin to unwind the whole body and quiet the mind. It’s lovely after a busy week, or any time you want to carve out a peaceful moment for yourself. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow the shapes at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. No props are required, though a block, cushion or bolster nearby can be nice for a little extra support. Press pause whenever you need to.

No — this is a no-props class, so all you need is your mat. It can be nice to keep a block, cushion or bolster nearby just in case, but nothing is required to follow along.
We open with a guided breathing exercise, move through gentle spinal stretches and cat-cow, then settle into long-held Yin poses — Swan, half-shoelace, butterfly and eagle arms — before a reclined twist and five minutes of stillness in Corpse Pose.
Yes, it's an all-levels class. Every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one. Find your edge at about 60–80%, let the shape do the work, and come out of any pose sooner if you need to.
