Seventy minutes of Yin with your body fully supported by the floor — every pose is lying down, so there’s nothing to hold up and nowhere to be. Long, slow stretches unwind the hips, spine and legs while the whole body settles toward rest. It’s a beautiful one for a tired body or the end of the day. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants to stretch deeply and deeply relax — especially if you’re tired, tense, or short on energy. New to Yin or well into your practice, you’re welcome. Because you stay on the floor throughout, it’s gentle and accessible.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. A cushion or blanket nearby is lovely for a little extra support. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 70 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
