An hour of gentle, guided Yin — class two of the Create Peaceful Moments series — to stretch the whole body and settle the mind. We open with some calming breathing, then work slowly through the hips with reclined butterfly, reclined swan and a long shoelace with eagle arms and a twist, before folding forward in caterpillar and easing out the neck and shoulders. No props, nowhere to be — just you and your mat. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants a full hour to unwind and stretch out, with a calm voice to guide you the whole way through. It’s lovely after a busy day or at the end of the week, and it works whether you’re brand new to Yin or well practiced. New to this? Follow the shapes at your own pace and take the gentler option whenever you need it.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for an hour. This is a no-props class, though a cushion or block nearby is nice to sit on or rest under if you’d like a little more support. Press pause whenever you need to.

That's right — this one is designed to be done with nothing but your mat, so it's easy to press play wherever you are. If you'd like a little support, a cushion or block nearby is nice to sit on or rest under, but it's entirely optional. Come as you are.
We start with some calming breathing, then work through the hips with reclined butterfly, reclined swan and a long shoelace with eagle arms and a twist. From there we fold forward in caterpillar, ease out the neck and shoulders, and finish resting in corpse pose. A gentle, full-body stretch from start to finish.
Yes — Yin isn't about how far you go. Find your edge at about 60–80%, let the shape do the work, and take the gentler option in any pose whenever you need it. Over the weeks of the series you'll notice things opening up in their own time.
