A gentle half-hour of Yin to close the day — slow, deep stretches held for a few minutes each to release the tension you’ve gathered and settle your body toward sleep. Do it in dim light, right before bed. Come as you are — every pose has a softer option and a deeper one, and you choose what feels right tonight.
Anyone who wants to switch off at the end of the day — whether you’re new to Yin or already have a practice. If you feel wound up, tired, or restless before bed, this class meets you where you are.
Just your mat, and somewhere warm and quiet where you can be still. A cushion or blanket nearby is lovely for extra comfort. Press pause any time you need to.

It runs about 30 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
