A full hour of Yin to help you unwind — part of the Create Peaceful Moments series. We open with a settling breathing exercise, then move slowly through gentle twists, a happy baby release, a long forward fold, some spinal and neck stretches, thread-the-needle and a heart-opening melting heart, before resting in stillness at the end. No props, nowhere to be — just breath, long holds and quiet. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants a calm, full-body hour to release tension and create a little more peace in their week. It’s lovely at the end of a long day, or any time you need to drop out of your head and into your body. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow along at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for an hour. No props required — though a cushion or blanket nearby is nice if you’d like to pad your knees or hips. Press pause whenever you need to.

No. This is a no-props class — just your mat and a quiet space. If you'd like a little extra support you can slide a cushion or blanket under your hips or knees, but nothing is required.
Yes. It's an all-levels class and I talk you into each shape. Every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one, so come as you are and find your edge at about 60–80%.
This is class 8 of the Create Peaceful Moments series. All the classes share the same hour-long structure and can be done in any order, so you can start wherever you like.
