A full hour of Yin for the lower body — long, slow holds (around three to five minutes each) to release tight hips and let the lower back soften. If the day collects in your hips and back, this is where it lets go. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one, and you choose what feels right today.
Anyone who sits a lot, feels tight through the hips, or carries tension in the lower back — whether you’re brand new to Yin or well into your practice. This class meets you where you are.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still. Keep a cushion or blanket nearby if you’d like to support the hips in the longer holds. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 60 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
