A full hour of Yin devoted to the spine — slow, deep back stretches held long enough for the whole back body to soften and release. It’s Class 2 of a weekly series, so you can return to it again and again. We move gently from the hamstrings up through the spine and finish with a quiet twist. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one, and you choose what feels right today.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your experience. If you sit a lot, feel tight through the back, or simply want a long, calming stretch for the spine, this class meets you where you are. New to Yin? You’re in exactly the right place.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. Keep a cushion or blanket nearby if you’d like a little support under the hips or knees. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 60 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
