A full ninety minutes of Yin, with a gentle twist of imagination. As we practice, we let our awareness settle in as though we’re taking a seat in a movie theater — and the body becomes the show. Moving slowly through each long, deep stretch, you simply watch: the sensations, the breath, the quiet. It’s a full-body deep stretch and a lovely way to build body awareness and let the day’s distractions fade. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your experience. Whether you’re new to Yin or well into your practice, you’ll find your depth here. If you’d love a long, absorbing full-body stretch that also quiets a busy mind, settle in.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. Keep a cushion or blanket nearby if you’d like a little support in the longer holds. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 90 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
