Ninety minutes of full-body Yin, held long and slow in five-minute holds. I give just enough cues to guide you into each shape, then leave you to the quiet — so you can drop out of your head and fully into the pose. We work steadily through the whole body: opening the back and shoulders, softening the hips, and easing the spine with a gentle twist to finish. Because it’s a minimal-cues class, there’s very little talking. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants a deep, unhurried full-body stretch, and anyone who loves a peaceful, meditative practice with hardly any talking. The long five-minute holds make this a lovely way to unwind at the end of a busy day or week. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow the shapes at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. No props required — though a cushion or blanket nearby is lovely for padding sensitive knees or supporting the hips. Press pause whenever you need to.

Almost silent. I give just enough cues to guide you into each shape and let you know how long we'll hold, then leave you to the quiet. There's very little talking, so you can drop out of your head and fully into each pose.
Around five minutes in each pose. The long holds are where Yin does its work — softening the deeper connective tissue — so settle in, find your edge at about 60–80%, and let the shape do the work. Come out slowly, and sooner if you need to.
No props are required — all you need is your mat. If you'd like extra support, a cushion or folded blanket nearby is lovely for padding sensitive knees or lifting the hips, but nothing is essential. Come as you are.
