Ninety minutes of silent Yin to nourish the belly. The poses gently compress and twist the abdomen — massaging the digestive organs and stimulating the Stomach, Spleen and Kidney lines — while long holds let everything settle. Because it’s a silent class, I keep the cues to a minimum so you can drop fully into each shape and out of your head. Come as you are — every pose has a gentler option and a deeper one.
Anyone who wants to support their digestion and gut health, or who simply loves a long, quiet, meditative practice with very little talking. New to Yin? Read the pose notes below first, then follow the shapes at your own pace.
Just your mat, and a warm, quiet space where you can be still for a while. A cushion or blanket nearby is lovely for support. Press pause whenever you need to.

It runs about 90 min. Yin is slow and floor-based, so you can settle in — and pause any time you need to.
No props needed — just a mat and a warm, quiet space. A cushion or blanket nearby is always welcome for extra comfort.
Yes. It's an all-levels class — every pose has a gentler option, so work at about 80% of your edge and ease off whenever you need to.
